The Steak Knife Restaurant & Lounge is the only steakhouse in the Smithville area. We specialize in USDA Choice steaks from Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble, Missouri. All of our entrees are fresh, never frozen. We grind our own hamburger and even hand cut and batter our onion rings, chicken strips and pork tenderloins. Signature items such as the "Stuffed Burger", "Chicken Cordon Bleu", "Stuffed Pork Chop" and the "Sweet Potato Fries" have become quite popular. We are not fast food.... Good quality ingredients take a little more time to prepare properly. We think that you will agree when you taste the difference.
